For more than fifteen years, I have led project procurement and purchasing operations across the oil & gas industry — from wellhead manufacturing in Tehran to instrumentation trading across the Gulf.
My approach is methodical and collaborative. Procurement is not only about prices and purchase orders — it is about building enduring supplier relationships, coordinating across departments with clarity, and ensuring every project has what it needs to move forward smoothly.
Currently, I serve as Head of Procurement Services at OICO, where I oversee the complete procurement cycle for major commissioning and operations projects. I am presently exploring new opportunities where this experience can contribute to a team that values careful, considered work.

Leading the complete procurement cycle for major commissioning and operations projects — from material requisition through site delivery. I manage RFQs, bid evaluations, vendor selection, expediting, and audit documentation, while coordinating closely with engineering, planning, and logistics teams.
Managed end-to-end procurement for a manufacturer of poly-electrolyte packages, mixers, and chemical injection systems. Coordinated Pre-Inspection Meetings, Final Inspections, and ensured every project had complete Final Book documentation.
Conducted market research for new suppliers and technologies, maintained the Approved Vendor List, and led supplier prequalification on technical capability, quality systems, and financial stability. Coordinated audits with QA/QC teams.
Supported RFQ issuance, vendor coordination, and Purchase Order management at a full instrumentation services provider operating per Endress+Hauser standards. Tracked payments, vendor invoices, and Final Book documentation.
Prepared and issued Invitation to Bid and RFQ packages — technical, commercial, and contractual documents — for a wellhead and downhole completion manufacturer. Organized Bid Opening Meetings.
